Shipping policy

We offer free economy air mail shipping (no tracking) on items below 50 grams.

We aim to ship within 3 business days. Depending on workload.

We currently do not offer express shipping as we cannot guarantee we can process the order the next business day. 

For deliveries from our Australian location, Sendle is used for both domestic and international deliveries and shipping rates are calculated based on weight.

 For deliveries from our Shanghai warehouse, you can choose between a starndard SF express delivery (3-4 weeks) or express delivery by DHL (3-4 business days).

The customer is responsible for any import duty that maybe applicable to the delivery of  the order, depending on the destination.
