Refund policy and instructions
Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
With that said, we are still happy to do change of mind refunds if you are not happy with the product within FOUR weeks of the purchase date provided the following.
There will be a restocking/transaction fee of AUD5 for all items under AUD 50 and a 10% restocking/transaction fee for items over AUD50, and are subjected the the following rules:
-Not applicable to on sale items
- Items are shipped back to us (Escape Keyboard) with tracking at the your (customer) expense within four weeks of the purchase date.
- Items returned do not show any signs of use, wear and are returned in their original packaging.
Refund will be processed once we receive and check the returned items. It may take up to TWO WEEKs to go back to your card.
