Due to COVID restrictions in China recently our fulfillment services are heavily affected and we do not have a firm date on when we are able to fulfill orders. Customers are free to entitled to refund anytime before items are shipped.

P.S. Fulfillment on Marshmallow, Konpeito and artisans are not affected.
