Shipping policy

 

For in stock items, we aim to ship within 5 business days. We currently do not offer express shipping as we cannot guarantee we can process the order the next business day. 

Our carrier depends on stock availablity in both our Australian and China warehouses. Sendle for Australian domestic sales, and SF express and China post for orders fulfilled from China. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, on checkout. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number.
